Process for Enrollment

If an employee experiences a qualifying event, the College will notify Custom Design Benefits (CDB). At that point, CDB will send the employee an Initial Notice and the Qualifying Event Notice to the employee's address on file. From that point on, all communications, enrollments, renewals, and payments regarding COBRA Coverage will be handled by CDB.
