Vision Overview & Eligibility

Our vision plan is through Anthem's Blue View Vision network. Your Blue View Vision coverage includes access to a large network of eye doctors at many locations, so it is easy for you to find an eye care professional close to home or work. This includes online providers as well as retail stores that offer convenient after-work and weekend hours.

This nationwide network includes more than 40,000 eye doctors at 30,000+ locations including independent optometrists and ophthalmologists, and vision retail stores. You can search for a network eye doctor at anthem.com or by using Anthem's Sydney Health mobile app.

All employees who are active and in a Full-Time position are eligible for benefits through SSCC. The full-time employee's legal spouse and all unmarried dependent children, under the ageof twenty-six (26) are also eligible.
