Service Request

To request the following services, you must be an eligible student of Southern State, meaning you have registered for classes at any of the four campuses and have been approved by the Office of Accessibility Services as needing such accommodations.

Points to Remember

• Request must be made 48 hours before service is needed
• Student must be present at time of transcription
• Service must be provided at one of Southern State’s campuses
• Request must be completed by student prior to appointment (student cannot spend transcription time to "finish" the paper)
